An undercover supporting structure is provided that the sticking workability can be improved since the undercover member is adhered to the dash insulator by only welding. An undercover supporting structure comprises a dash panel(4) installed at difference indoor front, a dash insulator(5) attached to the difference indoor of the dash panel, an instrument panel mounted on the inside of a car of the dash insulator, an undercover member(12) covering the lower surface of the instrument panel. The dashed insulator comprises elastically transformable supported part. The supported part is installed at the dash insulator lateral edge.
