摘要：
A manufacturing method of water resistance optical yarn is provided to manufacture various uses of textile products by improving extraordinarily durability and water resistance by coating a synthetic resin at a surface of the optical yarn in which the scratch surface is formed. A manufacturing method of water resistance optical yarn contains steps of: (1) supplying optical fiber yarn of a fixation diameter; (2) forming a scratch surface on a surface of the optical fiber yarn; (3) coating a synthetic resin(200) on a surface of the optical fiber yarn in which the scratch surface is formed; (4) hardening the optical yarn in which the synthetic resin is coated; and (5) rolling and storing the optical yarn. The scratch surface is formed by a sand blasting or an etching processing at the step (2).

提供了一种防水光学纱线的制造方法，通过在形成有划伤表面的光学纱线的表面上涂覆合成树脂，提高了非常耐久性和耐水性，从而制造纺织品的各种用途。 防水光学纱线的制造方法包括以下步骤：（1）供给固定直径的光纤纱线; （2）在光纤纱线的表面上形成划痕面; （3）在形成有划伤表面的光纤纱线的表面上涂覆合成树脂（200）; （4）硬化涂布有合成树脂的光纤纱线; 和（5）滚动并存放光学纱线。 在步骤（2），通过喷砂或蚀刻处理形成刮擦表面。
