摘要：
Microsatellite markers and their codes for fingerprinting of Korean and Japanese Japonica rice cultivars are provided to improve rapidness and accuracy in discrimination of cultivars, and enhance efficiency of cultivar breeding by developing DNA markers associated with useful traits of rice. The microsatellite markers for fingerprinting of Korean and Japanese Japonica rice cultivars include OSR20S, RM48, RM144, RM206, RM207, RM249, RM257 and RM333, are obtained by amplifying the simple sequence repeat in the rice genome through PCR(polymerase chain reaction), and grant 8 kinds of band proper base pair(bp) or 16 ciphers of proper code to each of Korean and Japanese Japonica rice cultivars through combinations of the microsatellite markers in an ascending order.

提供韩国和日本粳稻品种的微卫星标记及其指纹识别指标，以提高品种鉴别的快速性和准确性，并通过开发与水稻有用性状相关的DNA标记来提高品种育种效率。 通过PCR（聚合酶链式反应）扩增水稻基因组中的简单序列重复获得韩国和日本粳稻品种的微卫星标记，包括OSR20S，RM48，RM144，RM206，RM207，RM249，RM257和RM333，以及 通过微卫星标记的升序，向韩国和日本粳稻品种授予8种频带正确碱基对（bp）或16种适当代码密码。
