A device for folding and bonding plastic-laminated pre-cut blanks is provided to have a rapid process by selectively heating and bonding plastic lamination with high precision and proper heating speed. A device(10) for folding and bonding plastic-laminated pre-cut blanks includes a peeling station(14), a creasing station(16), a heating station(18), a folding station(20), a pressing station(22), a conveying unit(12), and a burner. The peeling station selectively peels a plastic lamination of the pre-cut blank. The creasing station generates a crease on the blank. The heating station selectively heats the plastic lamination and includes a burner and a liquid cooling system. The burner has a rectangular burner chamber having a series of flame holes. The folding station folds the blank along the crease. The pressing station sticks the blank by pressing the blank. The conveying unit conveys the blank through the stations.
