摘要：
A diesel engine power generating apparatus and a diesel generator are provided to improve the durability thereof by preheating at least one of coolant, engine oil, fuel and air using a radio-frequency heater. A diesel engine power generating apparatus comprises a coolant pipe(4) through which coolant passes, an engine oil pipe(5), a fuel pipe(3) for supplying fuel to the diesel engine, an air pipe(2) for supplying combustion air to a diesel engine(1) and radio-frequency heaters(20,30,40,50). The radio-frequency heaters are provided on at least one of the coolant pipe, the engine oil pipe, the fuel pipe, and the air pipe, and include a radio-frequency coil wound around the outer surface of the pipe and heating medium provided inside the pipe.
