摘要:
A wiper control system and an operation method thereof are provided to improve safety by enabling a rain sensor to measure rainwater instantaneously and by preventing field of vision of a driver from being obstructed. A wiper control system comprises: a wiper switch(208), a rain sensor(202), a vibration sensor(204), a wiper driving unit(206) and a BCM(body control module)(200). The wiper switch enables a driver to select one wiper mode of an automatic mode, a manual mode and an off mode. The rain sensor measures a value of an infrared ray reflection ratio sensed from a windshield of a vehicle. The vibration sensor measures a vibration value sensed from the windshield of the vehicle. The wiper driving unit supplies driving power to a motor for driving wipers. Additionally, the BCM receives the reflection ratio, the vibration value and the wiper mode and thus drives the wipers according to the ratio, the value and the mode.
