A pipe penetration system is provided to improve flexibility of the pipe penetration system or accommodating thermal and mechanical stresses while containing internal air or gas flow. A pipe penetration system(100) for a pipe(120) entering from a pipe stub(130) into a duct wall(110), includes a thermal sleeve(140) and a bellows(160). The thermal sleeve is arranged to cover the pipe stub. The bellows is arranged beneath the thermal sleeve and around the pipe. The pipe penetrating system further includes a pipe flange attached to the pipe.
