A precast arch panel using a corrugated steel plate and a construction method thereof are provided to improve the fire resistance and the corrosion resistance of the panel and to construct the panel firmly and simply. A precast arch panel comprises a corrugated steel plate(50), a metallic net(51), a plurality of stud bolts(52), and a concrete structure(53). The corrugated steel plate has predetermined length and width. The metallic net is installed apart from the corrugated steel plate. The stud bolts are fixed inside the corrugated steel plate to support the metallic net. The concrete structure is formed on the corrugated steel plate at predetermined thickness as a unit panel.
