A method and a system for ultrasound diagnosis of lesion organs are provided to improve a detection accuracy of the lesion by tracking variation of a size of the lesion in real time based on a temperature variation of an ultrasound ray. An HIFU(High Intensity Focus Ultrasound) probe(110) focuses a high intensity ultrasound ray on a lesion to remove the lesion. An HIFU unit(120) supplies high frequency power to the HIFU probe and adjusts the focus of the HIFU probe. An image probe(130) transmits the focused ultrasound signal on the lesion along a scan line to obtain an ultrasound image of the lesion and receives an ultrasound echo signal reflected from the lesion. A beam former(140) focuses the ultrasound signal on the lesion and delays an ultrasound echo signal, which is reflected from the lesion. A signal processor(150) includes a signal analyzer, a center frequency detector, and a position estimator. The ultrasound image and the center frequency from an image processor(160) are displayed on a display(170).
