An optical member for a display apparatus, a method for fabricating the same, a filter for a display device and the display device employing the same are provided to improve luminance and contrast of a display apparatus by forming an optical focusing part and an external light shielding part. An optical focusing part(243) is formed on an optical penetration supporting part(241). The optical focusing part includes a plurality of beads having a near-infrared absorbing pigment and/or a color correction pigment. A gap between the optical penetration supporting part and the optical focusing part is filled with the external light shielding part(245). The optical penetration supporting part includes the near-infrared absorbing pigment and/or the color correction pigment.
