A crusher for dry-ice and a dry type cleaner using a crusher are provided to crush dry-ice on a pellet effectively to make the control of cleansing force easier and to cleanse a part that is likely to be damaged. The crusher for dry-ice includes a body portion(10), at least two or more crushing rollers(30,40) and a brush(50). The body portion(10) includes a dry-ice pellet inlet(11) and a dry-ice granule outlet(12). The two or more crushing rollers(30,40) rotate in opposite directions according to the rotation of a motor and crush dry-ice pellets on an inner side of the body portion(10). The brush(50) is coupled with an inner side of the body portion(10) and removes dry-ice that is compressed on the crushing rollers(30,40).
