摘要：
A less invasive method for ablation of fat pads is provided to reduce invasion and flexibly access an arbitrary point of epicardium. A less invasive method for ablation of fat pads includes the steps of: inserting a probe into a cavity of pericardium; locating an epicardial target tissue in the cavity of pericardium for ablation; arranging the probe adjacent to the target tissue; and selectively directing sufficient energy from the probe to the target tissue so as to cut off internal nerve structure.
