A dry cleaning method of a Ni-based superalloy for a gas turbine, which is economical by using a conventional equipment while removing oxides formed deep in cracks stably and effectively, and a component for the gas turbine capable of effectively removing oxides formed deep in the cracks by the dry cleaning method are provided. In a dry cleaning method of a Ni-based superalloy component for a gas turbine, which removes oxides existing on the surface of fine cracks of a regenerated product using HF gas in a regeneration process of a Ni-based superalloy component that is a component material of a gas turbine operated at a high temperature, the dry cleaning method comprises the steps of: coating a mixture of PTFE(polytetrafluoroethylene) powder and volatile fluid on the surface of the fine cracks, vacuum treating the mixture coated fine cracks for a predetermined time to infiltrate the mixture into the fine cracks; treating the mixture infiltrated fine cracks at a high temperature of 800 to 1,000 deg.C.
