The present invention relates to a curable composition comprising as, more particularly, to a color filter protective film and the planarizing film acts by high planarity is formed on the cured film naphthalate-based resin composition. Mixing a mixture of a phthalate-based binder polymer and the acrylic copolymer represented by general formula (2) represented by the following general formula (1), multi-functional monomer, photopolymerization initiator, thermal polymerization initiator, a solvent and additives such as to provide a color filter overcoat and a planarization film curable composition. The thus prepared mixed composition can be easily optimized to adjust the physical properties required as a protective film and a planarizing film of heat resistance, transparency, and residual coating film, and the flattening ratio is excellent in the color filter in an optimized composition of each component.
