본 발명은 필름 등의 제품의 표면에 부착된 먼지 등의 이 물질을 점착성을 지닌 크리닝 롤의 표면에 부착시켜 제거하고, 이 크리닝 롤에 부착된 먼지를 점착테이프로 제거하는 크리닝기기에서 점착테이프 고정용 홀더를 기기에 장착할 때, 홀더를 기기에 고정시키고 여기에 락 장치를 설치하여 점착테이프의 교체를 손쉽게 하고자 하며, 더불어 기기 구동중 고정용 홀더의 스프링으로부터 분진 발생을 방지하며, 크리닝 롤과의 접촉부위를 고른 압력으로 눌러주도록 하여 크리닝이 원활하도록 하는데 있다.
