摘要：
본 발명은 솟음 처리된 강형을 하중재하대 상, 하측으로 거치하여 일정 지점에 프리플렉션 하중을 가하여 제작되는 프리플렉스 거더 제작과정에 있어서, 상, 하측으로 거치된 강형의 양 단부에 체결장치를 이용하여 강형의 중앙부에 보다 더 가까운 위치에 프리플렉션 하중이 재하되도록 하고, 상, 하측으로 거치된 프리플렉션 거더에 상기 프리플렉션 하중에 의하여 도입되는 프리플렉션 응력의 차이를 보정하기 위하여 강형의 양 단부에 추가하중을 가하는 공정이 더 추가된 프리플렉스 거더 제작방법에 관한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a pre-flex girder production process will be produced by applying a program reflection load to a point to mount onto the inferior vena arbitration and the ganghyeong the soteum treatment, lower, top, using a clamping device on both ends of the ganghyeong mounted to the lower side and and so more print reflection loading at a position closer than a central portion of ganghyeong, phase, at both ends of the ganghyeong in order to correct the difference between the print reflection stress introduced by the print reflection load the program reflection girders mounted to the lower side to a process for applying an additional load on the more added free flex girder manufacturing method.
