PURPOSE: A pattern and a method for forming the same, a device and a method for manufacturing the same, an electrooptic device, an electronic equipment, and a method for manufacturing an active matrix substrate are provided to form a pattern by accumulating a plurality of materials, thereby granting functionality obtained by the plurality of kinds of materials to the pattern. CONSTITUTION: Banks(B) according to a formation area of a pattern(33) are formed on a substrate(P). A first functional solution(X1) is arranged between the banks. A second functional solution(X2) is arranged on the first functional solution. The pattern formed of a plurality of accumulated materials is formed by processing the first functional solution and the second functional solution accumulated between the banks.
