PURPOSE: A method for preparing ultrafine TiC-transition metal-based composite powder is provided to obtain the composite powder having a nanosize suitable to be used in superhard cutting tools. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing ultrafine TiC-transition metal-based composite powder comprises the steps of: providing a mixed raw material including a Ti-containing material and a transition metal-containing salt, and spray drying the raw material to obtain precursor powder; calcining the precursor powder to form ultrafine Ti-transition metal composite oxide powder; mixing the ultrafine Ti-transition metal composite oxide powder with nano-sized carbon particles and drying the mixture to obtain composite oxide powder; and reducing the dried composite oxide powder under non-oxidative atmosphere, and carrying out carburization and heat treatment.

目的:提供一种制备超细TiC-过渡金属基复合粉末的方法,以获得适合用于超硬切削刀具的纳米尺寸的复合粉末。 构成:制备超细TiC-过渡金属基复合粉末的方法包括以下步骤:提供含Ti的材料和含过渡金属的盐的混合原料,并喷雾干燥原料以获得前体粉末; 煅烧前体粉末以形成超细Ti-过渡金属复合氧化物粉末; 将超细Ti-过渡金属复合氧化物粉末与纳米级碳粒子混合并干燥,得到复合氧化物粉末; 在非氧化性气氛下还原干燥的复合氧化物粉末,进行渗碳和热处理。
