The present invention relates to friction reducing agents for use in lubricating oil compositions comprising an amorphous polymer, such as a narrow mixture, and / or amorphous olefin copolymer of an aromatic compound, an ester, a base material of a particular group. These compositions may provide the benefits of the lubricant is mixed, instability, substantial reduction and fuel economy improvement of the coefficient of friction with no adverse effects, such as undesirable high viscosity and precipitation and the like. In one aspect of the present invention, the pentaerythritol ester and may optionally provide a friction and improved fuel economy, reduced by the addition of tri-ol ester in the lubricating oil composition.
