PURPOSE: An apparatus for storing and discharging strip is provided which prevents stored strip from being slackened in a central axis direction or deformed in a diameter direction so that operation is carried out very stably. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for storing and discharging strip comprises a fixed plate(22) fixed to a base frame(21); a roller expansion means(30) for controlling inner expansion rollers(24) to prevent strip from being slackened in inner winding rollers(23) connected to the front edge of the fixed plate in a concentric circle shape; outer winding rollers(43) connected to the front edge of a rotation plate(40) in a concentric circle shape, wherein the rotation plate is connected to the fixed plate in such a manner that the rotation plate is rotated forward and backward; spiral rollers(30) formed in front of the fixed plate in a spiral shape in such a way that angle of the spiral rollers is adjusted to guidingly discharge the strip; and a strip control means contacted with pinch roller and tension roller to selectively and coercively transfer strip led in, wherein the roller expansion means comprises a plural links(33) moved back and forth according to operation of an operation cylinder, and a hinge plate(34) to which the inner expansion rollers are connected, wherein the apparatus comprises a strip guiding means(50) comprising fixed guide roller(56), transfer member(55) and transfer guide roller(57), a strip laxity preventing means(80) comprising a plural links(84) and a tightening roller(88), and a contact roller.
