폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지 등의 합성수지제 보틀형 용기의 제조 방법은, 그 용기의 넥부에 상당하는 프리폼의 넥부를 가열하여 결정화시키는 열처리 공정을 포함한다. 열처리 공정의 제 1 단계에서는, 프리폼의 넥부를 그 합성수지의 융점 근방의 온도, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지에서는 약 200∼230℃의 온도까지 일시적으로 승온(昇溫)시킨다. 이어서 제 2 단계에서는, 프리폼의 넥부를 그 합성수지의 결정화가 촉진되는 범위 내의 온도, 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 수지에서는 약 170∼195℃의 온도로 유지한다.

Method of manufacturing a synthetic resin bottle-shaped container of polyethylene terephthalate resin, heating the neck portion of the preform corresponding to a neck portion of the container includes a crystallization heat treatment process. In the first step of the heat treatment process, the neck parts of the temperature of the vicinity of the melting point of the synthetic resin of the preform made of polyethylene terephthalate resin temporarily at a heating (昇溫) to a temperature of about 200~230 ℃. Then the second phase, the temperature, the polyethylene terephthalate resin in a range in which crystallization is promoted in the neck portion of the plastic preform is maintained at a temperature of about 170~195 ℃.
