본 발명은 수 분산가능한 스테롤을 포함하는 자유 유동성 분말의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 방법은 유기 용매 내에서 스테롤과 레시틴을 함께 혼합하는 단계, 용매를 제거하여 함께 혼합된 고체 물질을 생성하는 단계, 함께 혼합된 고체를 연마하여 분말을 생성하는 단계, 분말을 수중에서 수화하는 단계, 분말의 균질화 이전 또는 이후에 분무 건조 보조제를 첨가하는 단계 및 균질화된 생성물을 분무 건조하는 단계를 포함한다.

The present invention, the method relates to a method for producing a free-flowing powder comprising a dispersion available sterols to produce the solid materials were mixed together by removing the steps, the solvent to be mixed with the sterol and lecithin in an organic solvent, with a step of mixing and grinding the solid to produce a powder, the method comprising hydration of the powder in water, adding a spray-drying adjuvant before or after homogenization of the powder and a method comprising spray drying the homogenized product.
