PURPOSE: Provided is a pulverizing apparatus, which is controllably driven based on detection of the presence of metallic impurities, scraps or waste resin materials while rapidly and automatically pulverizing defective products into fine particles for recycling. CONSTITUTION: The pulverizing apparatus(2) comprises: a lower frame(4) having an accommodating box(14) and a caster(16); a particulate pulverizer(6) driven by a motor(18), for pulverizing a resin material; a pneumatic pressure pulverizer(8) actuating back and forth by means of a control valve(28) by a pneumatic pressure for primary pulverization; a hopper unit(10) having an electromagnet(54) to filter metallic materials away by a magnetic force as a sensor(52) detects the resin material supplied by a conveyor belt(50); and a control box(12) installed to automatically control the motor(18), the control valve(28), the sensor(52) and the electromagnet(54) based on previously input information.
