摘要:
PURPOSE: A plastic multilayer pipe is provided to sufficiently endure the operating pressure of a coolant and to prevent the outflow of the coolant or the inflow of external air. CONSTITUTION: An internal layer(1) is contacted to a coolant and is formed by a low-reactive resin to chemically stabilize against the coolant. An intermediate layer(5) is formed by a resin to isolate gas for preventing the outflow of the coolant or the inflow of external air. An external layer(9) is formed by one among an LLDPE(Linear Low Density Polyethylene), an LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene), a polystyrene, a polypropylene, a polyurethane or a nylon to protect the intermediate layer and to stabilize against external oxygen or moisture. Adhesive layers(3,7) are formed by an adhesive resin to stick the internal layer to the intermediate layer and to stick the intermediate layer to the external layer. Thereby, the efficiency of a cooler is increased.
