摘要：
PURPOSE: A method for making an imitation sword for swordsmanship is provided to supply an imitation sword to consumers at a low price due to a decrease in production cost since the imitation sword of the same shape can be produced in great quantities. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion die(26) having an extrusion tip(29) mounted therein is installed at a lower part. The extrusion tip(29) has an extrusion hole(28) formed to be consistent with the shape of a cross section of an imitation sword to be produced. An aluminum material(4) is put into an extruder(2) having a hydraulic press(24) mounted therein, pressurized and extruded by the extruder(2), and then the extruded material(6) is cut to a predetermined length. The cut material is grinded and processed as imitation sword after cutting the front and the end with press.
