PURPOSE: A game providing system using the Internet and a managing method thereof are provided to enable a network game user to request a network game to an un-networked game user as well as a networked game user. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a terminal(110_1,110_2,..,110_n) such as a computer, an Internet terminal and an Internet set-top being used by a game user and requesting a game information, a network game management part(130) providing the requested game information to the user, receiving a request of game partner from the user and transmitting the content of game request to a terminal(150_1,150_2,..,150_n) of a confronting game partner, and a network(120) such as the Internet connecting the terminal and the network game management part. When the network game management part transmits the content of game request to the confronting game partner, the content of game request is transmitted through a mobile communication service management part(140) of the corresponding game partner.
