摘要：
PURPOSE: Provided is a condensate produced from carbonization of chaff which has chemical properties and a composition of organic ingredients similar to condensate generated in producing charcoal, thereby it can be used as a substitute for condensate generated in producing charcoal. CONSTITUTION: The condensate is produced by carrying out a method comprising steps of (i) carbonizing chaff at a temperature of 300 to 700 deg.C, (ii) passing smoke generated during the carbonization of chaff through a condenser, upon which the smoke is cooled to a temperature of 40 to 100 deg.C to obtain a crude condensate from carbonization of chaff, (iii) maturing the crude condensate for 1 to 6 months, (iv) separating the matured crude condensate to removing a middle phase from an upper phase of hardened oil and a lower phase of curable tar, and (v) purifying the condensate of the middle phase.
