PURPOSE: A keypad including a polyurethane resin and apparatus and method for fabricating the same is provided to offer the stability to a user and enhance the reliability of a cellular phone by including the polyurethane resin in which a foreign material adhesive property is low and the feeling of contact surface is excellent. CONSTITUTION: A shaping device(200) fabricates a shape of a keypad including a polyurethane resin. A cooling device(300) cools a shaping plate fabricated from the shaping device(200) for preventing a contraction and protecting an ink. The shaping device(200) has a work table(31), a guide rail(33) crossly installed on the work table(31), a lower plate(37) installed on the guide rail(33) capable of slide movement, a horizontal conveying unit(35) installed at one side of the lower plate(37) for horizontally moving the lower plate(37), a lower heat plate(39) installed on an upper surface of the lower plate(37), a lower metal mold(40) installed on the lower heat plate(39) for forming a button key concave groove(41) of the keypad, an upper metal mold(47) allocated on the lower metal mold(40), an upper heat plate(51) installed on an upper surface of the upper metal mold(47), an upper side plate(53) formed on an upper surface of the upper heat plate(51), a vertical conveying unit(57) for moving the upper side plate(53) up and down, and a compressor(81) and a vacuum pump(83) allocated at one side of the work table(31).
