소결분말금속체를제조하기위한방법이개시되어있다. 분말혼합물은 0.3 중량퍼센트이상의그래파이트분말을철계금속분말과혼합함으로써마련된다(51). 분말혼합물은 7.3 g/㎤이상의밀도를갖는예비형성품으로압축된다(52). 예비형성품은소정구조를갖는소결분말금속체를형성하기위해 800 내지 1000 ℃의온도에서소결된다(53). 소결분말금속체의소정구조는철계금속입자와, 철계금속입자들사이에보유된그래파이트입자를포함한다.
摘要（英）：
The method for producing a sintered powder metal body is disclosed. The powder mixture is prepared by mixing a graphite powder and more than 0.3 percent by weight of iron-based metal powder (51). The powder mixture is compressed to a preform having a density of 7.3 g / ㎤ (52). Embraces preform is sintered at a temperature of 800 to 1000 ℃ to form the sintered powder metal body having a predetermined structure (53). The predetermined structure of the sintered powder metal body contains the graphite particles retained between the iron based metal particles and the iron-based metal particles.
