The amplifier module includes a substrate that has an electrically conductive base layer of two or more. The first and second semiconductor chips are arranged on a substrate. A first semiconductor chip, and a first integrated circuit operative as a part of a first power amplifier operating in a first frequency band. A second semiconductor chip comprises an integrated circuit which operates with a portion of the second power amplifier operating in a second frequency band. First and second semiconductor chips are secondary to the substrate, and is electrically connected to other elements and is attached to the substrate.
