PURPOSE: A power generator is provided to give power to a machine which needs industrial power by producing power with elastic action of an elastic body not generating pollution without using fuel. CONSTITUTION: A power generator is composed of: a fixing pipe axis(10') fixed into a hole(101') formed at a frame(101); an internal gear(10) equipped to be rotated at a projection of the fixing pipe axis(10') by fixing the internal gear(10) and a control gear(111); a control rotation axis(110') equipped to be rotated at the hole(110') formed at the frame(101); a control gear(110) fixed at the control rotation axis(110') by being butted with the control gear(111); a power controller(300) connected to the controller equipped at the power controller(300) in the control rotation axis(110') projected outward of the frame(101).
