PURPOSE: A coil material cross-wound up on a hollow typed core is provided to support a thermoplastic ribbon of a thin traverse section. CONSTITUTION: The core material comprises the steps of:winding up the strip of a foil coated with an adhesive agent around a cylinder supporting mandrel for forming a middle hole typed core of a roll material; attaching the strip the supporting mandrel by adhering the reiterated foil segment; adhering the beginning unit of the material to the outside part coated with the adhesive agent of the middle hole typed core.
