본 발명은 신증후출혈열 유발 바이러스의 특이 항원을 니트로셀룰로오스막에 웨스턴 블럿시키는 단계, 제조된 니트로셀룰로오스막과 검체를 반응시키는 단계, 반응한 검체의 검출 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 신증후출혈열의 진단방법과 이를 이용하는 진단키트 및 동 키트의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의하면 숙련된 검사원이나 특수장비 없이도 정확하고 간편하게 신증후출혈열을 진단할 수 있다.
