摘要：
본 발명은 차량용 연료파이프의 구조에 관한 것으로, 상기 연료파이프(1)가 플라스틱재의 수지류에 의해 몸체(2)와 그 내부에 다공형태의 관로(3) 및 몸체(2)의 외부로 돌출된 날개의 연결관로(4)를 일체로 형성하도록 사출성형되어 상대편 연료파이프(1′)와 상호 맞끼움식으로 결합되면서 접합부위의 외주면이 연결브라켓트(8)에 의해 체결된 상태로 차체하부에 설치됨으로써, 차량의 중량감소에 기여하면서 사출성형에 의한 제조로 생산성이 향상되고, 또한 절곡부위의 변형에도 용이하며 부식에 대한 염려도 없도록 한 것이다.

The present invention is directed to a structure for a vehicle fuel line, the fuel line (1) is projected to the outside of the body 2 and a porous type of the channel 3 and the body (2) therein by a number of material plastic resins installing the connecting conduit (4) of the blade is injection molded to form integral with the underbody by the clamping state by the opposing fuel pipe (1 ') and the cross-fit combined with fit type the outer peripheral surface of the junction connection bracket (8) thereby, the productivity is improved to manufacture by injection molding and contribute to the weight reduction of the vehicle, and also to facilitate deformation of the bent portion to prevent a worry about corrosion.
