The interface circuit is for monitoring the video phone or CCTV with the television to identify the outer state while watching TV. The circuit includes a timer (20) providing the pulse signal for certain time when the call switch placed at outside is turned on, an AND gate (29) turning on the TV but showing the outer state when the call switch is on, and a controller (12) with the signal switching circuit controlled by the AND gate.
