The method for manufacturing a flat head for a weaving machine includes the steps of: perforating eyes in the middle of a stainless- steel thin strip having twice the width of a flat head; perforating ears; perforating a narrower-portion slot; thermally treating the thin strip; and, vertically cutting a broader portion so as to form flat heads of the same shape, thereby greatly reducing the rate of poor products and production cost and obtaining durable products.
