A method for manufg. cables or cable subsidiaries by extruding plastic materials onto a continuously moving -forward filament core was described. Under pressure, the filament core was passed through an extrusion head contg. plastic melts. The plastic melts were branched and distributed uniformly around the core to give an excellent coating onto the core in a bend. Each direction of the branched streams was symmetrical to the bend.
