A system and method to reserve the material on the sea floor, the system and method uses a subsea extraction machine, such as a secondary cutter or cutter or bulk harvesting machine in order to obtain the seabed material to be stockpiled. The obtained sea floor material is carried through the outlet port flexible conveying pipe in slurry form at a desired site seabed.
