摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a super-absorbent resin and a method of manufacturing a surface modification treatment, than by specifically and surface modification treatment by adding fine particles having a water-soluble salt, and a second hydrophobic comprising a cationic polyvalent the water-absorbent resins greatly different physical properties without lowering concurrently it relates to shred resistance and permeability, and high in friability has the effect that the absorption rate improved water-absorbent resin and a method of manufacturing the same.
