본발명은맥주제조시수득되는부산물인맥아및 미아부산물, 우슬부산물및 우슬추출물을함유하는음료의제조방법및 이에따라제조된음료에관한것으로, 본발명에따라맥주부산물인맥아및 미아부산물, 우슬부산물및 우슬추출물을이용한음료는부드러운풍미와기능성이개선되는이점이있다. 또한, 전량폐기하거나사료로사용하던맥주부산물을이용하여가공품을개발함으로써부가가치를창출할수 있을것으로기대된다.
摘要（英）：
The invention method of producing a beverage containing obtained during beer manufacturing by-product of malt and lost by-products, wooseul by-products and wooseul extract and thus relates to a beverage prepared in accordance with, beer by-product of malt and lost by-products, wooseul according to the invention beverages using by-products and wooseul extract has the advantage of a smooth flavor and functionality improvements.
