본발명은배기계용페라이트계구상흑연주철에관한것으로, 탄소(C) 2.8~3.8 중량%, 실리콘(Si) 2.5~3.5 중량%, 몰리브덴(Mo) 0.5~0.9 중량%, 알루미늄(Al) 1.4~2.8 중량%, 바나듐(V) 0.4~0.8 중량%, 니켈(Ni) 0.4~1.0 중량% 를포함하고, 망간(Mn) 0.5 중량% 이하, 인(P) 0.05 중량% 이하, 황(S) 0.03 중량% 이하의불순물, 구상화처리제및 잔부의철을더 포함하여소재의고온강도, 내산화성, 내열성등이크게향상되는배기계용페라이트계구상흑연주철에관한것이다.

本发明涉及一种铁素体球墨铸铁用于排气系统中,碳(C)2.8〜3.8重量%,硅(Si)2.5〜3.5重量%,钼(Mo)0.5〜0.9%(重量),铝(Al)1.4〜 (Mn)不大于0.5重量%,磷(P)为0.05重量%或更小,硫(S)为0.03%或更小, 的材料的高温强度进一步包括杂质,球化剂和余量的铁或更少重量%,相关的耐氧化性,较大的铁素体球墨铸铁为提高耐热性的排气系统。

The present invention relates to a ferritic ductile cast iron for an exhaust system, a carbon (C) 2.8 ~ 3.8 wt.%, Silicon (Si) 2.5 ~ 3.5 wt%, molybdenum (Mo) 0.5 ~ 0.9% by weight, aluminum (Al) 1.4 ~ 2.8 wt%, vanadium (V) 0.4 ~ 0.8 weight%, nickel (Ni) including 0.4 to 1.0 wt.%, manganese (Mn) 0.5% or less, phosphorus (P) 0.05% by weight or less, and sulfur (S) 0.03 high-temperature strength of the material further include impurities, spheroidizing agent and the balance iron or less% by weight, related to the oxidation resistance, the larger the ferritic nodular cast iron for an exhaust system that improves heat resistance.
