The present invention, transparency and an improved polysiloxane impact resistance - comprising a polycarbonate copolymer, and relates to a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, polysiloxane and polycarbonate blocks having a specific structure having a hydroxy group at both ends of the repeating unit , polysiloxane shows excellent transparency at the same time having excellent in low temperature impact resistance-polycarbonate present invention relates to copolymer and a process for producing the same.
