According to an embodiment of the invention, a binder, and a crosslinking agent that binds the the binder and the physical, the said crosslinking agent comprises at least one of polybenzimidazole, a guanidine polymer, a polyaniline polymer, and poly-pyridin-based polymer 1 provides a polymeric binder for the silicon negative electrode comprising a second material containing the substance and polyethylene glycol.
