本发明是装置用于保护反向电源装置的过压和涉及的方法中，在超过设置在用户侧为此，反向供电装置执行反向电源侧分布的处理，诸如铃声信号或闪电 本发明涉及一种防止逆向供电装置因各种因素所产生的过电压而损坏的方法和装置，从而为用户提供稳定的通信服务。
