목적생체물질과선택적으로결합하고, 입사광을재귀반사시키는바이오센서용광학표지자가개시된다. 광학표지자는투명한코어입자, 코어입자표면의일부를피복하고코어입자보다굴절률이작은물질로형성된전반사유도층, 전반사유도층상에형성된수식층및 수식층에결합되고목적생체물질과선택적으로결합하는생체인지물질을구비한다. 이러한광학표지자는비분광광원및 분광광원모두에대해서우수한광학표지자로서기능할수 있다.

摘要（英）：
Combining the biological material for the purpose of selectively and a marker for the optical biosensor for retroreflecting the incident light is disclosed. The optical markers are transparent core particles, coating a portion of the core particle surface and bind to formula layer and formula layer formed on the total reflection inducing layer, total reflection derived layer formed of a smaller refractive index material than the core particles and to bond the purpose bio-material and optionally provided with a bio-recognition substance. These optical markers can serve as excellent optical markers for both the non-spectral light source and a spectral light source.
