第一电子设备，用于接收功率请求消息并将从存储设备或有线设备提供的功率转换为能够无线发送的形式并发送功率请求消息; 并且如果处于可收费距离和位置，则将功率请求消息发送到第一电子设备，从第一电子设备接收转换后的功率以测量接收功率的强度， 以及第二电子设备，用于通过使用强度来计算充电的预期完成时间。
