Methods and apparatus related to an improved joint models, implant components and related tools, guides and procedures are disclosed. Additionally, patient data, for example, a joint model, implant configuration is a method and apparatus associated with the element, and / or the associated guide tools and procedures are disclosed containing one or more of the characterizing part (feature) derived from the image of the joint of the patient .
