摘要（英）：
The present disclosure provides a method and composition for the treatment or prophylaxis of a Dengue virus infection in a vertebrate. In particular, the specification discloses a human neutralizing monoclonal antibodies against the Dengue virus isolated from B cells immortalized by an EBV derived from patients who recovered from the dengue infection. The present disclosure provides a method for administering these antibodies to the vertebrate in an amount effective to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the recurrence of from infection.
