Liquid cooling type endoscope having a plurality of LED light source unit integrated in the joint proximal end consideration. LED light source is cooled by a conventional sterilizing washing liquid circulating in a cooling chamber located in the body joint consideration, it may emit UV light for the fluorescent endoscope according to the convenience, if necessary. This is device according to the invention comprises, integrated conveniently all tubing, cable and power supply cable for the camera and the LED light source in a single tubing.
