본발명의환자의심혈관정보를결정하기위한시스템에관한것으로, 상기시스템은적어도하나의컴퓨터시스템을포함하며, 상기적어도하나의컴퓨터시스템은, 환자심장의기하형태에관한환자별데이터를수신하도록구성되고, 환자별데이터에기초하여환자심장의적어도일부분을나타내는 3차원모델을생성하도록구성되며, 환자심장의혈류특성에관한물리학-기반모델을생성하도록구성되고, 상기 3차원모델및 물리학-기반모델에기초하여상기환자심장내의분획혈류예비력(FFR: Fractional Flow Reserve)을결정하도록구성된다.
